User Agreement
Before using the services provided by Wowchat, please carefully read this User Agreement, which includes user rights limitations, dispute resolution provisions, jurisdiction, and applicable laws. If you do not agree with this User Agreement or any of its modifications, you may actively cancel the services provided by Wowchat. By using Wowchat's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all the contents of this User Agreement.
1. General Provisions
In order to use the internet services provided by Wowchat, the service user (hereinafter referred to as "User") must accept all terms of this Agreement. By logging in or using Wowchat's services, the User agrees to and fully accepts all the terms of this Agreement. The User may use the specific services provided by each channel of "Wowchat," and by using these individual services, the User accepts the service terms and notices issued by Wowchat related to these specific services.
The Wowchat User Agreement and terms and notices for each channel's individual services may be updated at any time without prior notice. Users should pay attention to and comply with the applicable terms and conditions when using these services.
2. Service Content
The specific content of Wowchat's services includes allowing users to independently chat, share, transmit, execute, or store various types of content, messages, texts, and images (collectively referred to as "User Content"). Wowchat reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate any or all network services (including paid services) at any time. Virtual goods purchased by users for paid services on Wowchat are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other legal tender, except in cases of force majeure as stipulated by law.
3. Usage Rules
When applying to use Wowchat's services, the user must provide accurate, timely, and detailed personal information and continuously update their registration details to maintain their accuracy. Wowchat is not responsible for any issues or consequences arising from inaccurate registration information. The user must comply with the following principles when using Wowchat's services:
Comply with national laws and regulations, including those related to internet governance and intellectual property.
Wowchat users must not publish, post, share, or transmit content that:
Violates established legal principles;
Endangers national security, leaks national secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
Damages national honor and interests;
Incites ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or disrupts ethnic unity;
Disrupts national religious policies or promotes cults and superstitions;
Spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or destabilizes society;
Disseminates obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, terroristic, or criminally inciting content;
Insults or defames others, infringing on their legitimate rights;
Incites illegal gatherings, protests, or disturbances of public order.
4. Content Rights
You retain copyright and related rights to any content you upload, submit, or post on Wowchat according to the law.
5. Privacy Protection
Wowchat respects the privacy of users' personal information and will take reasonable measures to protect this information, unless required by law, government authorities, or user consent. Furthermore, unless otherwise agreed during registration or under a separate agreement, Wowchat will not share users' personal information with third parties outside of its partners without the user's consent. To enhance the operation and improvement of Wowchat's technology and services, we may collect, use, or share users' non-personal information with third parties to provide a better user experience and improve service quality.
In general, Wowchat will use user information for the following purposes:
Verification and improvement of service performance;
Enhancement of security and provision of customer support;
Sending service announcements or information that may be of interest to the user, including product updates;
Utilizing non-personal information for commercial activities such as providing value-added services, marketing, and promotional activities;
Managing user participation in contests or similar promotional events;
Sharing user information with third parties when requesting specific services from Wowchat or its partners;
For any other purposes that benefit users or improve the functionality of software and services.
6. Disclaimer
The user expressly agrees to bear all risks of using Wowchat's services. Any consequences arising from the use of these services are the user's responsibility, and Wowchat does not assume any liability. Wowchat is not liable for service interruptions or other issues caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances.
7. Service Modifications, Interruptions, or Terminations
In the following cases, Wowchat has the right to interrupt or terminate services to the user without prior notice:
The personal information provided by the user is false or concealed;
The user violates the terms of this Agreement;
The user fails to pay the applicable service fees when using paid services.
In addition to the above situations, Wowchat reserves the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the services at any time without prior notice. Wowchat does not assume responsibility for any losses resulting from such interruptions or terminations.
8. Amendments
Wowchat reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective when the revised User Agreement is posted on Wowchat. By continuing to use Wowchat after such changes are posted, the user agrees to accept the modifications.
9. Applicable Law
This User Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
